Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to support our sales operations remotely from India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, client communication, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and digital channels.
• Present products/services to potential clients and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (UAE office) for pricing, proposals, and order processing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain CRM records.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Preferred: Experience in international sales or GCC market.
• Background in retail, FMCG, trading, or similar industries.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
