Role Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven, and accomplished Sales Director, focused on managing a New Business sales team in the Financial Services market. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth company and sell an award-winning product that is rapidly getting adopted across the market, and this person will be able to make a significant contribution to the company’s growth and future success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant sales experience with B2B SaaS solutions and a customer network in the Financial Services market (buy side and sell side).
• Extensive prior management experience, preferably in a New Business capacity.
• Proven leader who inspires confidence and motivates both internal teams and prospects.
• High ownership with a focus on task completion and accountability to KPIs and revenue outcomes.
• Proven track record of managing teams that exceed sales targets.
• Excellent at building C Level and Senior business relationships with clients.
• Strong Consultative Selling skills.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional leaders across Sales Development, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product, and Pre-sales Specialist teams.
• An energetic and creative individual with natural curiosity.
• Outstanding communicator, capable of conveying value propositions clearly across all levels of an organization.
• Able to distill and explain complex issues in simple terms.

Requirements

• Recruit, hire, and ramp new AEs while retaining top talent.
• Develop strong internal relationships, garnering buy-in from partners and marshaling resources to deliver on revenue outcomes.
• Coordinate with your team to forecast accurately and develop the necessary pipeline to meet and exceed goals.
• Partner closely with our marketing team to expand brand awareness.
• Work closely with our Product Specialist team during trials to ensure a high win rate.
• Gather and pass on information on market and client product needs to sales, product management, content, and product marketing.
