[Hiring] Sales Director @Omen AI

Role Description

You will own enterprise sales across North America, with AI neoclouds as your primary focus. You will personally open and close strategic accounts, working closely with the VP of Commercialization and founder/CEO, and help build the regional sales organization.

• Own the full-cycle sale from outbound to close for strategic AI neocloud and data center accounts.
• Prospect into operators, infrastructure buyers, and executive teams; build opportunities with multiple decision-makers and a clear path to close.
• Run consultative discovery with engineering, cooling, operations, procurement, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Build and drive business cases tied to uptime, commissioning, equipment protection, and operating risk.
• Structure and negotiate pilots, agree on success criteria, then convert them into scaled deployments across sites and regions.
• Partner with commercial leadership and the founder on deal strategy, pricing, negotiations, and account prioritization.
• Keep forecasts grounded in customer commitments; feed learnings into product and messaging, and help build the regional sales team.

Qualifications

• Direct, quota-carrying AI neocloud sales experience.
• Experience closing substantial business with neocloud operators or selling AI compute and infrastructure within a neocloud provider.
• Established relationships with AI neocloud buyers and decision-makers across North America.
• 7+ years in complex B2B sales, with repeated quota overachievement and clear evidence of personally won deals.
• A record of turning technical evaluations into commercial agreements and expanding accounts across sites or regions.
• Structured and analytical about deals, using MEDDIC, SPICED, or a similar approach; disciplined about forecasting.
• High drive, low ego, and comfortable building in an early-stage environment.
