Role Description

CLOOS Americas is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Director. This individual will plan and help execute the sales strategy for the Americas, with priority to the US Market. The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving growth, building relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. This position will oversee the development of sales leads and communicate with regional sales managers and other departments to carry out the direction of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the robotic welding industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM software and sales forecasting.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share for robotic welding systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and existing customers.
• Keep an up-to-date record of contact information, phone call and email communication, and oversee quoting activity via CRM software.
• Manage and develop channel partnerships for the promotion and sale of robotic welding systems.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts.
• Review and approve quotes created by Regional Sales Managers including costing and content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in robotic welding systems.
• Accurately forecast sales projections, monitor sales activities, and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate and lead product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support for customers, distributors, and sales representatives.
• Record and maintain timely and accurate records including expense reports and quoting documents.
