[Hiring] Sales Director @EnabledForce

Role Description

A global technology services firm is seeking an experienced enterprise Sales Director to expand its U.S. client base across mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will own the full new-business sales cycle, from account identification and prospecting through discovery, solution development, negotiation, and close. The organization provides consulting and engineering services across Data & AI, cloud modernization, digital engineering, software development, and QA/testing.

This role requires someone who can independently develop opportunities while also working closely with solution architects, delivery leaders, and technology partners to shape larger services engagements.

What You'll Do

• Develop New Business
  • Own new-logo sales within an assigned U.S. territory
  • Build target-account strategies and develop qualified pipeline
  • Establish relationships with senior technology and business executives
  • Identify client initiatives that can lead to consulting, engineering, data, AI, or modernization engagements
• Lead the Sales Process
  • Lead discovery and qualification through proposal, SOW, negotiation, and close
  • Sell complex professional services engagements, including six- and seven-figure opportunities
  • Navigate multiple stakeholders across technology, business, procurement, and executive leadership
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, qualification, and forecasting
• Build Solutions with Clients
  • Lead early conversations around Data & AI, cloud, digital engineering, application modernization, and software product development
  • Work with solution architects and delivery leaders to develop client-specific solutions
  • Collaborate with technology ecosystem partners, including Databricks and cloud providers, where appropriate
  • Translate technology initiatives into business value and measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in technology consulting, software engineering services, or professional services
• Proven success acquiring new clients and carrying an individual revenue quota
• Track record selling substantial consulting or technology services engagements
• Experience selling services rather than primarily software licenses
• Ability to develop pipeline through direct prospecting, relationships, and partner channels
• Working knowledge of Data, AI, Cloud, or Digital Engineering
• Experience engaging CIO, CTO, Product, Engineering, Data, and other senior executives
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
• Experience partnering with solution architecture and delivery teams throughout the pursuit process
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development

Compensation

• Base Salary: $160K–$180K
• Uncapped Commission
• $340K–$360K target compensation at quota
