[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Cobalto Talent

Role Description

We are hiring Sales Development Representatives to work 100% remotely from Mexico, booking qualified meetings for small and mid-sized B2B companies in the US.

• Research target accounts and build prospect lists from LinkedIn, company websites, and data tools.
• Run outbound sequences by phone, email, and LinkedIn: 60+ calls and 40+ personalized touches a day.
• Qualify interest (need, timing, decision maker) and book meetings on the sales owner's calendar.
• Follow up on inbound leads within the hour.
• Log every activity and update deal stages in the CRM.
• Report weekly on activity, replies and meetings booked, and suggest what to change.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in outbound sales, SDR/BDR, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Advanced spoken English (C1 preferred): you are comfortable cold-calling U.S. business owners.
• Resilience with rejection and the discipline to hit daily activity targets.
• Clear, concise written English for emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Experience logging work in a CRM.

Requirements

• 1+ year in Outbound Sales, SDR/BDR, Telemarketing, or Appointment Setting.
• Advanced spoken English (C1 preferred).
• Cold-calling experience with U.S. prospects.
• Lead generation, qualification, and meeting booking.
• Strong written English and CRM experience.
• Proven ability to meet daily activity and sales targets.
• HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• U.S. B2B sales experience.
• Measurable results: meetings booked, conversion rates, or quota attainment.
