[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Eleken

Role Description

We are looking for someone who can:

• Find the right companies by researching and identifying potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Claude, and other AI tools, job boards, and company websites.
• Read signals indicating a company needs design help, such as hiring for design roles, recent funding, rebranding, product launches, or framework migrations.
• Qualify leads against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) before any calls are made.
• Start and hold conversations by writing first messages on LinkedIn and email that feel personal.
• Keep conversations going after the first reply by asking questions that reveal issues with their product or design process.
• Identify the decision-makers and whether they can make decisions.
• Handle common objections in writing without pushing for a call too early, such as:
  • "We have an in-house designer"
  • "Not right now"
  • "Just send me your rates"
• Book discovery calls for Business Development Managers and provide context on the lead, including pain points and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on B2B lead generation experience, preferably in IT, product design, or SaaS.
• Experience taking a lead from the first reply to a booked call.
• Comfortable asking diagnostic questions in writing and patient enough to let conversations develop over several exchanges.
• Strong understanding of ICP and the lead qualification process.
• Able to recognize when a lead isn't a fit and communicate that effectively.
• Ability to write creative, personalized, and compelling outreach for both LinkedIn and email.
• Strong written English (B2+).
• Experience working to KPIs and improving messaging performance based on evidence.
• Solid experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools.
• Utilizes AI for research, personalization, and speed, rather than to write messages.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Closely, Clay, Lusha, Sendspark) is a plus.
• A well-developed LinkedIn profile or experience in building and growing one is a plus.
