[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Biorce

Role Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a critical role in expanding Biorce's presence across the APAC region by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and CRO organizations.

You will work closely with our commercial and scientific solutions teams to:

• Build relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Initiate strategic conversations.
• Generate qualified opportunities for our sales organization.

We're looking for commercially curious individuals who can:

• Research complex organizations.
• Understand the challenges facing clinical development teams.
• Engage senior stakeholders in meaningful conversations.

Successful candidates will bring strong communication skills, commercial ambition, and fluency in the language relevant to their respective market.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Japanese and English for Japan.
• Professional fluency in Korean and English for South Korea.
• Professional fluency in English for Singapore; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, or another customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior business stakeholders.
• Ability to research complex organizations and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Comfortable conducting prospecting and commercial conversations through multiple outreach channels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage prospecting activity and follow-ups.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with genuine ambition to build a career in enterprise technology sales.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a geographically distributed commercial organization.
• Based in Japan, South Korea, or Singapore, with the ability to support commercial development in the respective local market.
