[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Lynx Educate

Role Description

We are looking for a numbers-focused SDR to run our outreach in Lemlist. You will build target lists and campaigns based on the direction set by our Head of Sales and Growth, run the outreach, and report in HubSpot. You will care about what the results are telling you, not just about getting a campaign live.

Key Responsibilities

• Target Lists:
  • Build and maintain target lists in Lemlist based on the ICPs and priorities shared by the Head of Sales and Growth.
  • Keep lists accurate, clean and segmented so campaigns reach the right people.
• Campaign Build and Outreach:
  • Build campaigns in Lemlist, using the messaging and approach agreed with the Head of Sales and Growth.
  • Run outreach by email and LinkedIn, and handle replies promptly.
• Reporting:
  • Report on activity and results in HubSpot, keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Track key numbers for every campaign: emails sent, open rate, reply rate, positive response rate and meetings booked.
• Analysis and Optimisation:
  • Spot what is working and what is not, and explain why you think so.
  • Suggest specific adjustments to wording, targeting and sequencing to increase conversion to meetings and positive responses.
  • Test changes and report back on the impact.

Success metrics:

• Meetings booked from outreach
• Positive response rate and reply rate across campaigns
• Quality, accuracy and timeliness of target lists
• Accuracy and timeliness of reporting in HubSpot
• Regular, specific suggestions for improving campaigns, and evidence of their impact

Qualifications

• Experience in an SDR, outbound or lead generation role, ideally in B2B
• Hands-on experience with Lemlist, including building lists and campaigns
• Working knowledge of HubSpot for reporting and record keeping
• Numbers-focused: you care about what the results say, not only about building the list
• Able to analyse campaign data and turn it into clear, practical recommendations
• Strong written English and a good eye for what makes a message get a reply
• Organised, with close attention to detail
• Proficient in using Claude, for example to research accounts, draft and test outreach copy, and analyse campaign data
