[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Vensure

Role Description

Insurecomp is a technology-driven insurance solutions company focused on automated eligibility checks, risk assessment, intelligent real-time analytics and quote generation. We help PEOs and MGAs optimize their underwriting and pricing process, making it easier than ever to scale their business!

We are hiring an SDR to drive top-of-funnel pipeline by engaging with PEO owners/decision-makers and insurance decision-makers and identifying opportunities where Insurecomp can streamline submission workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve turnaround times.

The SDR will research target accounts, run outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities, and book discovery meetings through digital outreach and industry engagement.

• Identify and research key decision-makers across target accounts
• Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
• Engage prospects on submission, document, and workflow challenges
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings
• Create structured handoff briefs
• Support conference-driven pipeline generation
• Maintain CRM hygiene and report activity

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B Sales, SaaS, or Insurance Operations (Ideal would be to have someone with Sales Experience and Contacts within Professional Employer Organizations and or (P&C) MGAs)
• Understanding of the PEO Industry and the Commercial (P&C) Insurance space
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders
• Self-driven in remote environment
• Comfort with high-volume outreach
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)

• Familiarity with underwriting or submission systems
• Conference prospecting experience
• Relevant bachelor's degree
