[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Domaine

Role Description

Domaine is seeking a driven, performance-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing revenue team, supporting the DACH market (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through structured outbound prospecting and strategic account engagement across enterprise eCommerce brands. This is a frontline revenue role where you will work closely with the Commercial Director for the DACH region, sales leadership, marketing, and subject matter experts across strategy, design, and technology to build thoughtful outbound campaigns and open high-value conversations with senior eCommerce decision-makers. The ideal candidate is a proactive and disciplined self-starter who is comfortable engaging Directors, VPs, and C-level executives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships through outbound prospecting, and are motivated by performance-based growth and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, CRM, industry events).
• Outreach Strategy & Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and sales reps on target accounts, messaging, stakeholders, and cadences to achieve results and increase conversion rates.
• Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social (LinkedIn, etc.) media to generate leads.
• Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit with our services, qualifying leads based on established criteria.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales executives.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in the CRM, ensuring up-to-date information on all prospects.
• Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and outreach activity.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience
• Basic understanding of outbound marketing and sales strategies and best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Extremely strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and achieve results
• Effective in managing and prioritizing time with competing priorities and deadlines
• [Preferred] Experience with HubSpot
• [Preferred] Experience in the Shopify Ecosystem or E-Commerce Industry
