[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Digitalzone

Role Description

Digitalzone is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads that fuel our sales pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to build a foundation in B2B digital marketing sales, with clear growth potential into a closing role.

What You'll Do:

• Research and identify potential clients within our target market.
• Reach out through a mix of cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels to generate interest in our digital marketing services.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for our Sales team.
• Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and target lists based on what's resonating with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and lead status in our CRM.
• Consistently hit weekly and monthly quotas for qualified meetings booked.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of sales, customer service, or related professional experience — prior SDR or BDR experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and feel comfortable initiating conversations with people you've never met.
• A genuine curiosity about digital marketing (SEO, paid media, content, or marketing automation).
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Requirements

• This position is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.

Benefits

• Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
• Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
