We're looking for an Outbound SDR who can generate real opportunities from the ground up. Someone with strong judgment, autonomy, and a builder mindset who knows how to create pipeline—not just complete tasks.

Qualifications

• You're an SDR, but you don't need a script to be successful.
• You know how to prospect strategically—not just send mass messages.
• You can work without a perfectly structured CRM, database, or predefined playbook.
• You enjoy creating opportunities, not just updating spreadsheets.
• You know how to identify high-potential companies, enrich contact data, and craft outreach that feels genuinely personalized.
• You've worked with tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Surfe, PhantomBuster, or similar.
• If you haven't used every tool on the list, you're a fast learner and comfortable adopting new technology.
• You're looking for a company where your work directly impacts growth—not a place where you're just another number in the funnel.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles.
• Experience working for a CRM, HubSpot, RevOps, sales consulting, or business consulting agency is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build prospecting lists and generate pipeline from scratch.
• Experience using outbound sales and prospecting tools independently.
• Native Spanish proficiency.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Exceptional candidates without strong English skills may still be considered.

Benefits

• Working hours are aligned with Spain time: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
• Colombia: 2 AM - 12 PM.
• Base Salary: USD $1,190/month.
• Commission Structure: To Be Defined (TBD).
