[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @ScaleOps

Role Description

As the category leader in Autonomous Cloud and AI Infrastructure Resource Management, ScaleOps is redefining autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure. We're on a mission to free DevOps and platform engineers from manual resource management so they can focus on innovation, not tuning resources. The results: maximized performance and a reduction of cloud costs by up to 80%.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for opening new accounts.
• Identify companies that fit our Ideal Client Profile.
• Create personalized messaging to generate interest.
• Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, and social media to schedule meetings.
• Become an expert on how ScaleOps helps customers.
• Track and continuously improve your outbound activity.
• Hit daily KPIs for dials, meetings completed, and pipeline generated.
• Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of B2B sales and/or lead generation experience in DevOps.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Experience with Cold Calling, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Orum, Salesforce, and Apollo.
• High degree of resilience, with the ability to bounce back from setbacks.
• Highly coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback.
