Role Description

The Sales Operations Coordinator serves as the operational systems and process expert for the Global Navigator High School Study Abroad team. This role owns and coordinates key operational workflows, including:

• Application management
• Enrollment processes
• Student systems
• Billing support
• Learning platforms
• Reporting
• Process documentation

Working closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Information Technology, and cross-functional teams, the Coordinator ensures accurate execution of operational processes, provides timely support on customer and Sales inquiries, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency through systems and process improvements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems through process improvement and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Two or more years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, systems administration, customer support, or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn, troubleshoot, and optimize multiple software platforms and systems.
• Experience working with CRM, application management, learning management, database, or project management systems; Salesforce and Canvas experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with formulas, large datasets, reporting, and data analysis; experience with automation or advanced reporting tools is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical, scalable improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Requirements

• Participate in annual in-person trainings and ongoing professional development.
• Provide operational support during travel weekends in the summer and peak program periods, including occasional evening, weekend, and travel responsibilities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
