[Hiring] Sales Consultant @Body And Soul Studios

Role Description

As our Sales Consultant, you are the front door to Body & Soul. You are the first person a woman speaks to, and you represent the brand and our ethos.

• Body & Soul is application-only; no online bookings.
• Every woman has a discovery call with you first.
• This is a remote, phone-based role with warm, inbound leads; no cold calling.
• You help women past fear and doubt and ensure we invite the right women.
• You qualify that she is emotionally, financially, and mentally in the right place.
• You are judged on the women you turn away as well as those you book.
• Sales are ethical and built on empathy.

The Team You're Joining

• Join a sales team of two Art Curators and two Sales Consultants, led by our CEO.
• Daily sales huddles with clear data, dashboards, and KPIs.
• 30, 60, and 90 day ramp plan from day one.
• Thorough sales process built over six years with high expectations.

What The Role Entails

• Run 20 to 25 minute phone consultations with women who have enquired.
• Follow our sales process and scripts.
• Take payment on the call and schedule her session.
• Follow up on no-shows and past enquiries when your calendar is light.
• Maintain clean pipeline and CRM notes for seamless handover.

How You're Measured

• Target-based company; metrics, data, and KPIs drive income.
• Minimum of 15 paid bookings a week; standard is 20.
• Best performers reach 25 bookings.
• Qualifying is crucial; close rate is around 40%.

Requirements

• Sales experience over the phone or video, selling to individuals.
• Experience working on commission.
• Background in a service or premium business (studio, clinic, salon, etc.).
• Experience selling phones, software, or information products may not suffice.
• Ideally, experience working remotely.
• Live within two hours of central London, ideally within 90 minutes.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Availability to work five days a week, including weekends.
• Comfortable discussing fine art nudity with women.

Your Home Office

• A private room with a door; dedicated office preferred over a bedroom.
• Fast, reliable internet: at least 100 Mbps download and upload.
• Your own laptop and monitor for the first 60 days; company supplies equipment after 60 to 90 days.

Where It Leads

• Support and growth opportunities: daily sales training and one-to-one coaching.
• Potential to be cross-trained to sell artwork and progress to an Art Curator role.
• Promotion from within is encouraged.

Pay

This is a base salary plus uncapped commission role. On-target earnings are £50,000 to £70,000.
