Role Description

We're growing fast and looking for serious sales talent to plug into a system that's already working. This isn't a cold-calling grind. You'll be stepping into conversations with people who already raised their hand, booked a call, and are open to solutions. Your role is simple: lead the conversation, diagnose what they actually need, and guide them to a decision that makes sense.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Jump on scheduled calls with inbound, pre-booked prospects (Zoom/phone)
• Get people to open up quickly - what's working, what's not, and what they really want
• Connect the dots between their situation and the solution in front of them
• Handle objections without pressure - just clarity and control
• Keep clean notes so the pipeline stays dialed in
• Consistently hit (and push past) revenue targets

Qualifications

• Closers and setters who already know how to sell remotely
• People who don't need babysitting - you show up ready
• You can lead a call without sounding robotic or scripted
• You're organized, consistent, and take ownership of your numbers
• Open to international applicants

Requirements

• No cold outreach - every call is already booked and qualified
• Comp structure that rewards performance
• Setters: ~$3,000/month
• Closers: ~$5,000/month + upside (bonuses/incentives)
