Role Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Remote Sales Closer to join a fast-growing B2B automation agency serving home service businesses across the United States. In this role, you will work with pre-qualified leads, conduct discovery and closing calls, present solutions, overcome objections, negotiate terms, and consistently close new business. • Conduct discovery and closing calls with qualified B2B prospects.
• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing and service agreements.
• Close deals and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain detailed records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and operations teams to maximize conversions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and lead quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven experience closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing inbound or high-volume sales pipelines.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
