[Hiring] Sales Analytics & Program Manager @Consensus Cloud Solutions

Role Description

The Revenue & Sales Operations team at Consensus is the high-impact team that drives global Sales Strategy, Analytics, Sales Planning, Learning & Development, Commercial Management, the Sales Tech Stack and Sales Operations for all revenue driving teams.

Within Revenue and Sales Operations, this individual will focus directly on leading our Customer Retention program and efforts globally. You will own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across all customer cohorts and segments, wielding material revenue impact. You’ll work cross-functionally with:

• Sales
• Product
• Customer Success & Support (CS)
• Lifecycle Marketing
• Contract Management
• Renewal Teams

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing customer retention trends and churn accelerators
• Identifying areas of improvement
• Launching/managing programs to address customer retention from data discovery to solution execution

Think of this role as part Analytics and part Project Manager, highly technical, very self-driven, cross-functional, and solution-focused. You’ll need strong analytical skills to uncover insights (e.g., analyzing CS tickets, price sensitivity, and various retention propensity data points) and robust project management skills to drive these initiatives from start to finish, in unstructured environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Data Analytics, or Consulting
• 5+ years of working with Sales and Revenue data, including data extraction, analysis, and forecasting
• 5+ years of experience in partnering with and delivering projects to Sales organizations specifically
• 5+ years of experience crafting strong presentations & effectively communicating findings to senior level audiences (VP level and above)
• 2+ years of experience in SAAS environments
• 2+ years using SQL/SOQL for joining subscription, billing, product-usage, support, CRM, marketing, and customer-success data
• 2+ years using Python or R for data cleaning, feature engineering, statistical analysis, automation, and model development
• 2+ years of experience working with a cloud data warehouse and CRM such as Redshift, BigQuery, Salesforce
• Deep knowledge of AI is a key requirement
• Strong ability to navigate in ambiguous environments
• Strong ability to navigate messy data
• Ability to successfully work independently
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience presenting data to a variety of audiences in a manner that tells a story

Requirements

• Project management certifications
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science OR other relevant fields preferred

Benefits

• Salary range: $138,000 - $145,000 USD annually
• Total compensation package is negotiable and may include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits
