Role Description
Join us as a Sales Affiliate Manager and play a crucial role in expanding this vertical.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase affiliate-generated revenue, identifying new business opportunities and emerging market trends;

Expand the company’s reach by cultivating relationships with potential affiliates and strategic partners;

Define revenue targets and sales KPIs for affiliate partnerships, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals;

Provide tailored training programs to improve affiliate sales performance and enhance product knowledge;

Collaborate closely with the sales team to integrate affiliate strategies with broader company objectives;

Monitor affiliate performance, analyzing data, and providing reports on key metrics such as generated traffic, conversions, and revenue;

Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, graphics, and product development, to provide promotional materials, tracking tools, and technical support to affiliates;

Negotiate and manage contracts, commissions, and payments with affiliates;

Provide advice and support to affiliates, answering their questions, offering recommendations, and resolving any issues;

Stay updated on the latest trends in the affiliate sector and propose new ideas and initiatives to improve the company’s affiliate activities;

Monitor and ensure compliance with LeadX’s policies and guidelines by affiliates;

Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with key affiliates to maximize results.
Qualifications

Proven experience of at least 3 years in the fields of affiliation, advertising, marketing, sales, or similar;

Knowledge of major online traffic sources, including Meta, Google, and TikTok ads;

In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and customer acquisition strategies;

Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth;

Experience in negotiating and managing high-value partnerships with measurable success in sales-oriented affiliate programs;

Data analysis skills and proficiency in using performance monitoring and analysis tools;
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

Results-oriented with a focus on maximizing affiliate revenue;

Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level);

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

Portfolio of affiliates;
-
Possession of an active VAT number.
