Role Description
Botrista is hiring a hands-on Revenue Enablement Specialist to design and deliver practical onboarding and ongoing training for Sales and Account Management. You will help employees ramp faster, strengthen customer-facing skills, and consistently execute the behaviors that drive new sales and growth of existing accounts. This is an individual contributor role with ownership of training design and delivery.
-
Audit and overhaul existing Sales and Account Management onboarding materials; build and personally deliver structured, role-specific onboarding with live practice, field observation, and readiness certification.
-
Design, launch, and personally facilitate an ongoing education program for existing employees, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, product knowledge, customer economics, account planning, retention, expansion, and beverage sales growth.
-
Travel into the field to observe customer interactions, coach practical skills, and identify development opportunities.
-
Partner with Sales and AM managers to identify skill gaps, create targeted training, and provide coaching resources. Functional managers retain accountability for individual performance.
-
Own and continuously improve the training curriculum, onboarding materials, continuing education calendar, and enablement knowledge base; collaborate with functional leaders on Sales and AM playbooks.
-
Translate new menus, products, pricing, tools, and commercial processes into clear, usable field training.
-
Work with RevOps to measure proficiency, ramp time, adoption, and relevant productivity improvements; target readiness for independent selling within 30 days and full productivity within 90 days, recognizing that territory and pipeline conditions also influence outcomes.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of relevant commercial experience, including direct sales or account management experience and demonstrated success designing and delivering training or enablement programs.
-
Strong live facilitation and field coaching skills, with credibility among frontline sellers and account managers.
-
Ability to build practical programs from scratch: workshops, role plays, field coaching, and concise job aidsβnot just presentations.
-
Familiarity with consultative selling, customer growth motions, Salesforce or a comparable CRM, and sales performance data.
-
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-
Restaurant technology, foodservice, multi-location, or physical-product experience is a plus, not required.
Requirements
-
Improve productivity: we have roughly 60 employees across Revenue. Modest improvements in sales conversion, rep production, and CSD can create meaningful incremental revenue.
-
Standardize onboarding: rebuild our existing program with a goal of getting new reps fully productive within 90 days.
-
Develop existing employees: establish recurring training on sales execution, account growth, product knowledge, and customer economics.
-
Improve management leverage: give our leaders a dedicated training resource while keeping them accountable for their teams' performance.
Benefits

Fully company-paid Medical and 99% company-paid Dental and Vision Insurance
-
Flex PTO, 7 sick days, 14 holidays, Wellness Benefits, Cell Phone and Internet reimbursement, 401K
