Role Description
The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for growing sales, expanding market share, and accelerating adoption of Mosaic Biosciences and Advanced Crop Nutrition (ACN) products. This role leads sales execution, customer engagement, and demand-generation initiatives to drive revenue growth, increase market penetration, and achieve commercial objectives.

Partners with agronomy and marketing teams to deliver consistent, science-based messaging.

Communicates the agronomic and economic value of ACN solutions.

Collaborates on field trials and demonstrations to validate product performance.

Supports new product introductions and drives customer adoption.
Location: This Retail Sales Manager position will cover Eastern Canada, calling on Quebec/Maritimes region and candidate must be bilingual English/French.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Ag Business, Marketing, Agronomy, Soil Science or related field.

5-7 years of high-level sales and/or marketing experience.

Bilingual English/French.

CCA preferred.

Strong background with proven success in proprietary products or technology-driven markets.

Strong agronomic understanding.

Retail experience and/or vast understanding of retail trends and business operation.

Top performer amongst sales team based on annual performance ratings.

Mentor for newer retail sales advisors.

Supports co-branded campaigns, customer events, and product promotions.
