Role Description

Turn your passion for travel into a rewarding career! AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Full-Service Travel Agent with both domestic and international travel booking expertise to join our remote Travel Contact Center team. In this work-from-home position, you’ll help Members and non-Members plan and book personalized vacations—from weekend getaways to complex international itineraries. You’ll build lasting client relationships, provide exceptional service, and have the opportunity to earn monthly performance incentives.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent. Travel school graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 2 years of recent leisure travel industry sales experience.
• Experience with airline reservation systems, ticketing platforms, GDS, and online booking tools.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning.
• Excellent communication, customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography.
• The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.
• Ticket void and basic exchange experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Attend all required paid virtual training, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST.
• Successfully complete training before beginning the regular work schedule.
• Work a set schedule that includes one weekend day each week, along with one weekday and one weekend day off.
