Role Description
Belden is seeking a results-driven Regional Solution Sales Manager, responsible for driving revenue growth across an assigned territory by delivering tailored solutions, building strategic customer relationships, and executing disciplined sales processes. This role focuses on complex, consultative B2B sales, requiring technical, commercial, and operational credibility, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and achieve measurable results. Although this role is remote, preferred location would be West North Central US.

Drive regional revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.

Manage pipeline, forecasting, and personal sales performance using CRM (Salesforce), Strategic Selling, Account Plans, Funnel Management, and Quarterly Account Planning (QAP).

Identify customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions across Belden’s portfolio, achieving measurable account expansion and increased win rates.

Analyze customer trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to optimize engagement strategies and account reactivation plans.

Build and maintain multi-level and executive relationships with customers, distribution partners, and internal teams to drive adoption, expand market share, and improve customer outcomes.

Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align solutions, streamline processes, and deliver business outcomes in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of B2B or solution-based sales experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.

Expertise in Strategic Selling, Account Planning, Funnel Management, and CRM (Salesforce) to drive pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and win rates.

Deep understanding of target customers, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to create strategic account plans.

Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with experience engaging executives and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Product, Finance) to deliver measurable results.

Results- and metrics-oriented, leveraging data to optimize pipeline, expand market share, and drive revenue growth.
