Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the California market and will optimize pricing and advise on sales techniques to enhance client relationships. This role demands strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel throughout the state and internationally as required for team meetings.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.
• Analyze market trends to determine customer needs and optimize pricing.
• Advise dealers and clients on sales and advertising techniques.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals with key clients.
• Coordinate between sales and other departments to enhance customer support.
• Prepare sales reports and expand the client base.

• Monitor and evaluate competition and develop effective counterstrategies.

Qualifications
