Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (Essential)
• Proven mortgage advisor experience (Essential)
• Demonstrated track record in team building and recruitment (Essential)
• Strong recruitment capabilities (Essential)
• Experience managing teams in the mortgage sector (Desirable)
