[Hiring] Regional Partner Director @Rimini Street

Role Description

Rimini Street is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Director to develop and grow strategic relationships with partners in the NAMER Region. This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, enabling, and managing referral, reseller, and alliance partners to accelerate pipeline generation, deal progression, and revenue growth for Rimini Street’s Portfolio.

• Hands-on to build revenue and create long-term relationships with partners.
• Ensure that the Partners have a proper understanding of Rimini Street's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA a plus.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• 10+ years of sales and partner management experience in a global software or IT services company.
• Familiarity with software support services, managed services, or third-party support models.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Comfortable with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Record of sustained and significant quota over-achievement.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Must be articulate with strong writing and presentation skills (both in Korean and English).
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities.
• Very strong work ethic with “can-do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitude.
• Ability to leverage a supporting team of Account Executives, Client Success Managers, Pre-Sales Engineers, Lead Generation, and Marketing.
