Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager, Spine-North Central and Midwest regions will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Spine product sales performance, training, and other activities with the sales force, surgeons, and accounts within his/her respective region.

Implement sales strategy for agency Spine business.

Follow up with agencies frequently to ensure strategy is being executed.

Identify weaknesses and offer evidence-based solutions when needed.

Ensure agencies are properly structured to maximize growth and competency of product line.

Assist with recruitment of experienced Spine managers and deploy Arthrex training programs.

Organize and lead agency Spine training β both surgeon and rep.

Launch Spine new products within region.
-
Present Spine products as well as bundled strategy at high level meetings.

Govern Imaging & Resection product pricing structure and qualifying discounts as they relate to product bundling.

Assist representatives with trialing and closing activities at key accounts.

Report back to agencies on representative sales readiness as it relates to Imaging and Resection.

Creatively build custom solutions to maximize opportunity and business impact.

Communicate agency focus and structure to North American Director of Sales β Spine, Regional Director, Senior Director of Sales East/West, and VP Sales.

Communicate product performance to product management and North American Director of Sales while recommending product line enhancements.

Collect key competitive information to drive sales effectiveness and product development direction.

Coach, teach, and direct agency personnel via conference calls, virtual meetings, and in person visits on products/sales strategy/competitive info.

Travel up to 75% of the time.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

5+ years sales experience with Spine products required (endoscopic approaches preferred).
Requirements

Willing to work with cadaver specimens.

Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and/or arthroscopy.

Skilled in working with different functions and effectively coordinating their activities to achieve desired results.

Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers' concerns or objections.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong relationship building skills desired.
