Role Description

The Regional General Manager, Industrial Sales is responsible for leading and executing the strategic sales direction within a defined geographic region across Plaskolite’s industrial channel. This role drives revenue growth, strengthens key customer relationships, and ensures alignment with Plaskolite’s broader commercial objectives. The Regional GM is accountable for achieving sales targets, managing regional profitability, and fostering a high-performance sales culture rooted in Plaskolite’s core values of integrity, teamwork, and customer-centricity. This leader serves as a key liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the value proposition is effectively delivered and continuously improved.

Qualifications

• 4-year Undergraduate Degree
• 10+ years industry experience preferred
