[Hiring] Regional Channel Manager @3M

Role Description

The impact you have in this role as a Regional Channel Manager for our Commercial Branding and Transportation Division within the Graphic Market business includes:

• Supporting the sale of Commercial Branding and Transportation Division products by growing sales and strengthening relationships within assigned distribution partners.
• Meeting sales, profitability, and partner performance objectives while representing the Graphic and Architectural Markets portfolio to key distributors.
• Managing an annual sales portfolio of more than $3M, focusing on driving success primarily through large distribution partners.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Achieving sales growth targets for Commercial Graphics products.
• Developing business with existing and new accounts to increase market share.
• Building strong, productive relationships with key partner personnel.
• Coordinating 3M resources to meet partner performance objectives.
• Delivering profitable sales results and strategic goals within assigned accounts.
• Leading joint planning with partners, including performance objectives and financial targets.
• Continuously assessing and validating partner needs.
• Supporting selling efforts to end users in coordination with partner sales teams.
• Leading solution development to address end-user requirements.
• Collaborating with influencers and end users alongside 3M sales teams.
• Training and developing channel sales representatives on 3M products.
• Managing end-user leads through Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience preferably selling B2B via Distribution/Channel partners.
• Strong energy, drive, and commitment to achieving outstanding sales results.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
• Analytical, organized, flexible, and innovative.
• Tenacious with strong collaboration skills.
• Training or coaching experience is an advantage.
• Proven record of success.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, ideally complemented by proficiency in at least two additional languages such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not essential.
• Experience in the Graphic Market industry.
• Knowledge of graphic products and/or related sales experience.
• Experience working within a corporate matrix environment.
• Strong passion for sales.

Requirements

• Field-based role covering multiple countries, which may include Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
• Flexible location within Sweden, Norway, or Denmark.
• Full-time working pattern.
• Travel expectations up to 50% across the assigned Nordic countries.
