Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• The Omni Channel Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with merchants, in store and online, and driving Emser sales through those associations.
• Responsible for creating and owning all assigned omni channel relationships with current and future customers.
• Manages promotional calendars across assigned customers within the base to drive sales.
• Maintain working relationships with merchants, in store and online.
• Develop action plan with Emser merchants to drive creative marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Operations to forecast and maintain necessary inventory to continue to drive sales.
• Work closely with VP of Omni Channel to create a budget that will create immediate market sales.
• Actively work to add new customers within the DIY mass merchant category to the Emser portfolio.
• Utilize existing relationships to jump start the Omni Channel business quickly.
• Incorporate best in class practices to drive new, in store, and online business.
• Drive sales with agreed upon margins to ensure the Omni Channel business is profitable.
• Review customer contracts and agreements with legal and the VP of Omni Channel to ensure Emser's interests are protected and that subject sales are profitable.
• Develop strong relationships with Emser employees to ensure cross functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Successful history in driving sales through omni channel.
• Proven business acumen, understanding of margins, and fundamentals of a profit and loss statement.
• Experience in motivating and developing sales.
• Knowledge of the tile/flooring or home improvement industry a plus.
• Must thrive in busy environments, be highly organized, self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to meet sales targets and goals.
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Results driven and customer focused.
• Strong leadership skills.
• BS in Business Administration or related field.
