Role Description
The Region Manager is responsible for effectively managing the assigned region while overseeing and directing activities of Retail Sales Associates. This person works closely with Business Development Managers, other Sales Operations leaders, Store Managers, and various retail personnel to ensure retail business objectives are met. The Region Manager will supervise roughly 10 Retail Sales Associates, spread out across the Southeast.

Be a business expert within the assigned region, understanding performance drivers.

Align with BDMs on key priorities to guide the team.

Identify key challenges in the field and represent the region with Corporate Sales Operations and Retail Sales leadership.

Establish priorities, performance expectations, and KPI metrics for team members.

Ensure execution and support of account initiatives, deploying team resources effectively.

Provide effective training and development for team members.

Schedule regular work-withs in the field to observe, coach, and provide feedback.

Facilitate communication through team calls and individual 1:1s.

Address performance-related concerns with clear expectations and coaching.

Manage the assigned region efficiently through territory routing and sizing.

Review store classifications and adjust call frequency and time spent accordingly.

Build and strengthen relationships with BDMs, Sales leadership, and internal partners.

Effectively manage the budget for the assigned region, aiming to come in under budget.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and reporting for self and team members.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

4-6 years of Retail Sales experience, 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.

Must live in the region.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong ability to supervise, including delegating responsibility and evaluating performance.

Flexible and adaptable to changes in projects or business environment.

Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision.

Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy amidst frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
