• Serve as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and sales representatives to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve complex issues.
• Process sales orders and manage quotations with quick turnaround times while maintaining high accuracy standards.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status, returns, and repairs with professional expertise.
