[Hiring] Product Line Sales Manager @Eaton Corporation

Role Description

Eaton’s Distributed Power Quality (DPQ) segment delivers reliable and efficient power solutions for critical applications across data centers, commercial buildings, industry, and infrastructure, including UPS systems, power distribution, protection, and digital monitoring. To strengthen our EMEA DPQ team, we are looking for a Product Line Sales Manager to manage key customers in the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway) and help drive growth in an increasingly electrified and digital world.

• Drive sales growth of Eaton DPQ core portfolio (single‑phase UPS, PDUs, IT racks, Tripp Lite accessories) in the assigned region through Eaton sales organizations and channel partners.
• Act as the key interface between the LSDPI Division and regional sales teams, ensuring effective collaboration, go‑to‑market execution and strong sales performance.
• You will be “hunting” for new projects identifying local/international deals anticipating competition & interacting with relevant segment and channel teams.
• Together with the rest of the PLSM team members support Flow business facilitating communication between DPQ Business Unit and Eaton sales organization.
• Support and develop channel strategies, including IT and Electrical channels, to maximize regional growth, promote products and solutions through salesforce enablement, partner engagement, product launches, and industry/customer events.
• Manage and follow up on key opportunities using Salesforce, ensuring an accurate and up‑to‑date pipeline and improved win rates.
• Monitor and report monthly performance, including win/loss analysis, forecasts, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate regional activities with global DPQ teams (EMEA, Americas, APAC) and manage escalations related to pricing, lead time, or product fit.
• Contribute to market intelligence by providing customer feedback, competitive insights, and market needs to Product Management.

Qualifications

• Engineering diploma preferred, knowledge of IT Infrastructure & applications is a plus.
• Strong experience in Outside Sales or Business Development roles.
