Role Description

We’re looking for a few good men and women to join our capital formation and investor relations team. That means cultivating relationships with private equity firms, accredited investors, and family offices - presenting opportunities - and closing deals.

This is a lucrative, long-term, paid role. It begins as a two-week paid evaluation period designed to ensure mutual fit, then transitions immediately into a permanent position.

The role is remote and structured for professionals who already have networks, relationships, and experience in investor-facing environments. You will be presenting a wide variety of investment opportunities, so experience and network in any sector is relevant (real estate, startups, alts, etc.).

Qualifications

• Prior investor relations, capital formation, fundraising, or investor-facing experience
• Existing professional network that includes or can reach accredited investors and/or family offices in North America
• Comfortable asking for introductions and referrals
• Strong communication skills
• Self-directed, reliable and comfortable working remotely
• Able to maintain organized follow-up and CRM activity
