Job Responsibilities:

• Develop bid strategies and plans in alignment with business objectives to ensure effective and competitive proposals.
• Coordinate bid activities: Oversee kick-off meetings, progress tracking, and ensure all submission deadlines are met.
• Lead cross-functional bid teams, managing resources and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution throughout the bid process.
• Review bid documents to ensure compliance with requirements, quality standards, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential risks associated with the bidding process.
• Provide guidance on pricing strategies and commercial terms to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Support negotiations and clarification processes with clients, addressing any questions or concerns to secure the bid.
• Analyze bid outcomes and feedback to identify areas of improvement and optimize future bidding processes.
