[Hiring] Sales Support Specialist @Master Electronics

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who stays cool under pressure and is ready to provide high-level support to one of the most impactful individuals in our business at our Santa Monica location. We are open to non-local candidates who can align with Pacific Time working hours.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 / Hourly

Monthly Bonus Opportunity: This role includes a strong monthly bonus structure on top of your base pay. The larger the customer shipment and sales order volume you support, the greater your opportunity to increase your earnings each month.

What you will do:

• Deliver personable and responsive customer service by serving as a trusted point of contact for client questions, concerns, and order needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to navigate orders, resolve issues, and keep customer priorities moving forward.
• Review, update, and maintain quotes upon request, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and aligned with customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales and order information in internal systems, including order processing, purchasing activity, vendor updates, and customer backlog management.
• Stay organized with customer follow-ups, forecast reports, and order updates to help release, reschedule, expedite, or cancel purchase orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional emails, prepare client-facing documents, and share information clearly with customers and partners.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when entering, reviewing, and maintaining customer, order, and sales data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, with the ability to navigate spreadsheets, manage email communication, and support day-to-day workflow needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, leadership levels, and communication styles.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests, follow-ups, and deadlines efficiently.
