[Hiring] Performance Capability Lead - Distributor @Sazerac Company

Role Description

As a Performance Capability Lead - Distributor, you will be responsible for:

• Developing onboarding and training to top 10% of distributors in person & remainder via broad based digital roll out.
• Completing in-market auditing of curriculum/SOPs to drive adoption and improvement.
• Developing and training team on core tools and resources.
• Reinforcing/coaching against SOPs.
• Leading monthly skill pill training.
• Collaborating with the divisions to ensure specific state relevancy.
• Wiring and collaborating with the L&D team leads from the distributor.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral & written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in process design, implementation and improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in alcohol beverage industry or CPG overall (preferred).
• Change management experience (preferred).
• 1 year experience training in a sales & marketing environment (preferred).
• 3 years training, coaching, and curriculum development (preferred).

Benefits

• Annual salary range: $86,534 - $129,800.
• Final compensation based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
