[Hiring] Outpatient Sales Representative @Abbott

Role Description

Our location in SE Phoenix, AZ currently has an opportunity for an Outpatient Sales Representative part of our Adult Nutrition Sales team in the Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, and Glucerna® – to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life.

• Drive sales by securing commitments for recommendations from Healthcare Professionals in Outpatient offices – such as Internal Medicine, Primary Care, and Oncology accounts.
• Typical call points include Physicians, Nurses, Medical Assistants, Administration, and Nutrition Services.
• Create and maintain relationships within these offices to elevate the importance of nutrition by identifying and providing win-win solutions for using Abbott products.
• Hold customers accountable and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years of sales experience (preferred)
• B2B selling experience (preferred)
• Cold-Calling experience (preferred)
• Experience building own book of business (preferred)
• Strong business acumen (preferred)
• Displayed characteristics of GRIT, Persistence, Adaptability and Drive (preferred)

Requirements

• 5-10% travel for Regional/National meetings
• This position does not offer relocation. Local candidates only, please.
