Role Description

This is a remote position. The opportunity involves driving international client acquisition and scaling the footprint of an award-winning travel technology startup that specializes in secure property access keys. Operating remotely from South Africa within an ambitious, international team, this full-time position focuses on expanding B2B subscriptions and locker placements across the North American market. Due to the geographical focus of the portfolio, the position requires absolute operational flexibility to work hours that align with international time zones, including occasional evening availability.

The impact of the role relies on the systematic conversion of cold and warm leads into long-term commercial accounts. Acting as a dedicated brand ambassador, the successful incumbent will manage outbound pipelines, execute targeted telephone outreach, and coordinate closely with global offices to secure seamless client onboarding workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive cold calls and multi-channel outreach campaigns to introduce and promote automated locker solutions to prospective B2B clients.
• Maintain and nurture a high-volume pipeline of cold and warm sales leads, executing consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion ratios.
• Schedule and arrange product demonstrations, strategic exploratory calls, and business meetings for the international client portfolio.
• Update and maintain accurate lead progression data, contact logs, and follow-up timelines within the corporate CRM platform.
• Partner with colleagues across international offices to facilitate a smooth, efficient onboarding process for newly signed accounts.
• Meet personal performance benchmarks and team growth milestones within an evolving, technology-driven business environment.
• Retain an expert understanding of operational features, compliance benefits, and commercial pricing models to confidently address client queries.

Qualifications

• Documented history of successful experience handling outbound telephone sales, business development pipelines, or proactive cold outreach.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, demonstrating a confident, engaging, and professional dialogue style.
• Strong personal organization skills with a proven capability to track and juggle multiple leads simultaneously without compromising data accuracy.
• Absolute flexibility to work non-standard hours to maintain direct alignment with North American time zones, including planned evening shifts.
• Reliable remote home-office infrastructure, including a stable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for international sales calling.
• Clear verification history, as a mandatory Qualification Authenticity Check forms part of the final onboarding requirement.
