Role Description

Pipe Force Solutions is looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial outbound professional to introduce our PF-12 trenchless water-service replacement system to plumbing contractors nationwide. If you like building your own pipeline, running your own territory, and getting paid for results, this role is built for you.

The PF-12 lets plumbing contractors replace water service lines with far less excavation, cutting the cost and disruption of tearing up yards, driveways, sidewalks, and landscaping. We're building a national customer base, and we need someone to open doors. This isn't appointment setting. We're after quality, not calendar volume. Your job is to take a cold prospect from first contact to a real, informed conversation with our founder:

Our founder handles everything after that: demo, ROI, objections, financing, and close.

Qualifications

• Self-directed and entrepreneurial
• Experienced in outbound sales, SDR/BDR work, or contractor, trades, or home-services sales (preferred, not required)
• Persistent, organized, and consistent with follow-up
• Driven by results and motivated by uncapped earnings

Requirements

• Build your own prospect lists using Google, Google Maps, contractor websites, social media, LinkedIn, and trade directories
• Use our proprietary Market Priority Map to focus on the territories where the PF-12 delivers the most value
• Research companies, identify decision-makers, and reach out by phone, email, and follow-up
• Share PF-12 materials so prospects understand what the system is and does before the handoff
• Qualify genuine interest and set substantive conversations with our founder

Benefits

• $150 per qualified conversation completed with our founder
• $100 bonus when that opportunity becomes a Pipe Force customer
• $250 total per converted customer
• No cap. Top performers can earn up to $150,000 per year
