[Hiring] Outbound Appointment Setter: Warm Leads @MM Coaching Limited

Role Description

Our ads generate a lot of leads every day, but many of them never book a call with our sales team. Right now, those leads just sit there. We're building a brand-new setter team to change that.

Every lead you call has already raised their hand through our ads — they watched our content, showed interest, but didn't book a call on their own. No cold lists, no door knocking. Your job is to reach out to these unbooked leads, run a short evaluation call (think of it as a mini sales call), and book the qualified ones onto our sales team's calendars. Success in this role looks simple: turning leads that would otherwise go to waste into a full, high-quality calendar for our sales team — and growing commission checks for you.

What You'll Do

• Own outbound volume — dial ~150 warm, ad-generated leads per day who haven't yet booked a call
• Run screening calls — 15–30 minute evaluation calls to qualify fit and build intent
• Book appointments — schedule qualified leads directly onto our sales team's calendars
• Follow up — persistently re-engage leads who don't book on the first touch
• Keep the pipeline clean — light sales admin

Compensation

• Minimum compensation (guaranteed floor): $1,000/month
• Commission: 10% of cash collected from your sets — uncapped

Qualifications

• Native-level spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence
• Able to speak with authority and empathy to men in their 40s about a sensitive, personal topic
• Available to work US time zones, 5–6 days per week
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace and fast, stable internet
• Self-managing — you hit your numbers without being chased

Requirements

• Prior appointment setting or phone sales experience (nice to have)
• Experience with dialers/CRMs such as Close, Aloware, or Dialer IO (nice to have)
