[Hiring] Oracle SCM Sales Executive @Maini

Role Description

The Oracle SCM Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of Oracle ERP implementation and transformation services. This role will lead enterprise sales strategy, build and manage a high-value pipeline, and close complex, multi-year Oracle ERP programs. The ideal candidate brings a Systems Integrator or consulting background, deep understanding of both Oracle SCM EBS and Fusion Cloud, and a proven track record selling large, services-led deals. This role reports directly to VP of Sales and plays a critical role in shaping Maini Consulting’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue & Growth Leadership
  • Own and achieve annual bookings and revenue targets for Oracle SCM services.
  • Build, manage, and close a pipeline of net-new and expansion opportunities.
  • Sell complex Oracle ERP implementation programs, including multi-pillar and multi-phase transformations.
  • Drive strategic account planning and long-term client relationships.
• Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Oracle SCM EBS and Fusion Cloud services.
  • Position Maini Consulting effectively against large SIs and boutique competitors.
  • Lead pursuits from qualification through contract signature, including:
    • Discovery and solution shaping
    • SOW development and pricing strategy
    • Executive-level presentations and negotiations
• Client & Executive Engagement
  • Engage with C-suite client stakeholders (CFO, CIO, COO, VP Finance).
  • Act as a trusted advisor on ERP transformation, roadmap planning, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Oracle sales teams and alliance leaders to drive joint pipeline.
• Internal Partnership
  • Work closely with delivery, solution architecture, and leadership teams to ensure sellable, deliverable solutions.
  • Provide market feedback on service offerings, pricing, and differentiation.
  • Support resource planning and forecasting aligned with delivery capacity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with significant time in a Systems Integrator or consulting firm.
• Proven experience selling Oracle SCM EBS & Fusion Cloud implementation or transformation services.
• Demonstrated success closing $3M–$10M+ services deals.
• Experience selling to enterprise clients across finance, supply chain, or operations.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM and related modules.
• Strong knowledge of services-led sales motions (implementation, programs, managed services).
• Familiarity with SOW-based selling, complex pricing models, and delivery collaboration.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and deal-strategy capabilities.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
• High ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background at a Tier-1 or Oracle-focused SI.
• Experience partnering directly with Oracle as a strategic alliance.
• Prior role as Client Partner, Managing Director, or Practice Sales Leader.
