Role Description

Upani Diani is an Airbnb accommodation located in Diani, Ukunda, Kenya, seeking a motivated Online Sales Associate to join our team. This is a fully remote, commission-based role focused on generating leads and converting guest inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Generate and follow up on potential booking leads.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries.
• Promote the property through approved online channels.
• Provide accurate information about the property, rates, and amenities.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Keep records of leads and successful bookings.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or online marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with online platforms and social media.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer.
• Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Requirements

• Commission will be paid on successful and verified bookings attributable to the Online Sales Associate.
• The commission structure will be communicated to successful candidates.
