Role Description

Are you an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional with a passion for oncology? Lilly is looking for a standout Oncology Hospital Specialist to join our successful oncology sales team. You'll work alongside a skilled, integrated team across sales, marketing, PRA, and medical — helping shape strategy locally and nationally and directly impacting patient outcomes across Lilly's oncology portfolio.

You'll use your industry knowledge to identify and engage key HCPs across your territory, building strong relationships that drive our oncology priorities forward.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, with a genuine long-term interest in a sales career
• Specialist therapy area experience
• Winning mindset, with a desire to win in a highly competitive environment
• Proven track record in identifying and converting business opportunities into growth
• Strong team player and strategic account manager
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
• Strong in-call selling skills, key account management, business planning, personal accountability, and flexibility
• Ability to make data-driven decisions that impact business results
• Proven ability to execute P2P/eP2P meeting programmes
• Experienced in developing regional and national thought leaders
• ABPI qualified
• Full UK driving licence

Requirements

• Experience within oncology or haematology
• Experience in the private market for oncology
• Market access experience
• Ability to sell a portfolio of products
