Role Description

As an experienced New Homes Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will be expected to:

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
• Maximise in-branch opportunities.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent with knowledge of Help to Buy.
• Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within Financial Services, specialising in mortgage and protection advice.
• Excellent understanding of local market movement, activities, and competitors.
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills.
• Passionate about Just Mortgages, our values, and processes.
• A hunger to earn and a drive to work hard and reap the rewards from dedication.

Requirements

• Full CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
• Evidence of right to work in the UK, in the form of Passport/Birth Certificate.
• Proof of Address.
• National Insurance.
• Drivers Licence Check.
