Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a strategically important growth channel for one of the UK’s most recognised showering brands. You will play a key role in shaping how Mira supports Housing Associations, Local Authorities and specialist Community Housing Wholesalers across the UK.
You will lead a team of Specification Managers to build strong customer partnerships, win and protect specifications, and demonstrate the value, reliability and service that set Mira apart. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales leader who enjoys developing people, influencing strategy and turning customer insight into sustainable growth.
You will have the freedom to shape plans, strengthen the pipeline and make a visible impact in a channel that supports essential housing providers and the residents they serve.
Specific Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of ambitious sales plans for community housing customers, creating clear priorities that help the team exceed annual sales targets and grow market share.

Build and manage a high-quality 36-month pipeline through CRM and Power BI, ensuring opportunities are clearly tracked, progressed and converted into profitable, sustainable business.

Bring the Mira proposition to life by influencing ranging, pricing, service packages and after-sales solutions, helping customers see the long-term value of choosing Mira as a trusted partner.

Lead, coach and inspire a team of Specification Managers, spending meaningful time in territory to support performance, build confidence and create a positive, accountable team culture.

Support individual growth and team capability through Kohler’s people development processes, including Maximising Performance, Succession Planning, Cultural Beliefs, Development Planning and Performance Management.

Use CRM, reporting tools and customer insight to make confident commercial decisions, improve conversion and ensure team activity is focused on the opportunities that matter most.

Create accurate monthly forecasts and share pipeline insight with Demand, Key Account and cross-functional teams to improve planning, availability and customer delivery.

Act as a strong voice of the customer across the business, sharing market feedback, competitor insight and growth opportunities that help shape future channel strategy.
Relationships and Contacts

Partner closely with the Channel Manager to deliver the Community Housing plan, align priorities and maintain clear visibility of pipeline performance.

Work with the Senior Marketing Manager – Channel to share market insight, influence strategy and shape customer propositions that stand out in the market, drive lasting competitive advantage and create stand out in the market.

Collaborate with Key Account Managers to align on customer opportunities, improve pipeline visibility and support effective conversion planning.

Build strong links with Customer Service and Field Service teams to support customer KPIs and create a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Work with Finance to monitor profitability and ensure contract support is used effectively and commercially.

Partner with the Demand Team to improve forecasting accuracy, availability planning and business insight.

Contribute to cross-functional projects and specification demand surgeries, ensuring customer and market insight are represented in key business discussions.

External Business Relationships

Develop senior relationships with Housing Associations, Local Authorities and specialist Community Housing Wholesalers, supporting your team of Specification Managers in high-profile customer meetings and helping uncover new opportunities for long-term growth.
Qualifications

We are looking for a commercially minded sales leader with strong experience in sales or marketing, ideally educated to degree level or with equivalent professional experience.

You will be confident leading people, coaching performance and creating an environment where individuals feel supported, challenged and motivated to succeed.

You will bring strong commercial awareness, curiosity about the market and the confidence to respond quickly to changing customer needs and sector opportunities.

A natural communicator and collaborator, you will be able to build trust, influence stakeholders and bring teams together around shared goals.

A clean, full driving license is required.
