[Hiring] Multi Channel Manager @Evolus

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Multi-Channel Manager to join our Commercial Team, reporting to the National Sales Manager - AU. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer partnerships, and establishing the Evolus brand across the assigned territory.

The Multi-Channel Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences and consistently achieving territory objectives. Working collaboratively across sales, medical, and marketing functions, this position plays a critical role in supporting the successful growth and expansion of Evolus in Australia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Where You'll Make the Biggest Impact:

• Deliver sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using the Evolus CRM platform.
• Utilize the Evolus Service Platform (eSP) to support healthcare professionals with marketing, education, and practice-management solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to communicate scientific data and product benefits effectively.
• Conduct impactful sales presentations, educational programs, promotional activities, and customer events to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Analyse sales performance, customer segmentation, market dynamics, growth opportunities, and competitor activity to support commercial decision-making.
• Maintain a high level of product, clinical, and industry knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to internal stakeholders to support business planning and strategy.
• Represent Evolus at national and local sales meetings, conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and CRM reporting requirements.
• Act professionally and ethically while representing Evolus and its values.

Location: Remote / Field-based position located in NSW South, Australia. Candidate must reside within the territory. Travel Requirements: Up to 50% travel. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience and demonstrated success in healthcare sales.
• Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong account management and territory planning capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build, maintain, and influence relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, highly organised, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals and managing key accounts.
• Experience using CRM platforms and digital engagement tools.
