Role Description

• Team Leadership & Production Coaching
• Mentor and support loan officers in building consistent referral relationships
• Help team members improve business planning, pipeline management, and production strategies
• Foster accountability and a strong performance culture
• Recruiting & Market Expansion
• Identify and attract experienced loan officers seeking a more supportive and growth-focused platform
• Share the EquiMax vision and help candidates see how they can build their business within the brokerage
• Participate in building a scalable recruiting pipeline
