• Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop remote sales professionals.
  • Conduct virtual onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven culture.
• Drive Sales Performance
  • Establish team goals and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Coach representatives to improve production, customer service, and client relationships.
  • Implement strategies that increase team performance and business growth.
• Support Client Success
  • Assist representatives with complex client situations when needed.
  • Promote exceptional customer service and long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure members receive personalized life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions.
• Develop Future Leaders
  • Mentor top-performing representatives into leadership positions.
  • Create scalable systems that support long-term organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Experienced in sales, management, coaching, or leadership.
• Strong communicators with exceptional people skills.
• Customer-focused and passionate about developing others.
• Strategic thinkers with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Comfortable leading remote teams using Zoom, CRM platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, customer service management, business development, retail management, hospitality leadership, banking, military leadership, or sales leadership is highly valued.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
